Meet the Founders!

Emmaline Bartlett
Co-Founder

  • Hi, I’m Emmaline! I’m 22 years old, originally from Nashville, TN, and a graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy. The Lord has called me into ministry, and I feel so blessed and excited to follow His lead. My heart is to empower women to find their voice and grow in their faith. Starting Eighteen Twenty with Lexi has been a beautiful journey where I discovered my passion for helping women feel seen, known, and deeply loved by God. I’m here to guide women in building an intimate relationship with God, where prayer plays a central role. Through Eighteen Twenty, God has shown me that prayer is the most productive thing we can do, and a vital part of understanding our identity as daughters of the King. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can embrace their God given purpose and truly realize the importance of an intimate relationship with Him. I feel called to inspire, serve, and lead by example—reminding women of their worth, encouraging bold faith, and reflecting God's glory in everything we do. The vision of Eighteen Twenty is to empower women to embrace their individuality, spread the gospel, and be a shining light in their community.

Lexi Fedd
Co-Founder

  • Hi, I’m Lexi Fedd! I’m 21 years old and originally from Austin, TX. The Lord has unexpectedly called me into ministry, and I couldn’t be more grateful. My heart is for discipleship and mentoring younger women, walking alongside them as they grow into who God has made them to be. One of my favorite experiences in college at the University of Tennessee has been starting Eighteen Twenty with Emmaline—it has been such a blessing to pour into this community. I know my calling is to minister to the one rather than the many, and I find so much joy in intentional, personal discipleship. The Lord has given me an empathetic and servant-hearted spirit, as well as a deep passion for prayer. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to witness Him move through my own prayer life and in the lives of those around me. It’s truly a gift to be part of this prayer movement, and I can’t wait to see where He leads next!

Key Parts of Eighteen Twenty

  • Coffee plays an important role in our prayer group for several reasons. First, it helps get the girls out of bed and incentivizes them to show up early, making it easier for everyone to gather and connect. Plus, offering "free coffee" is a simple way to encourage others to join in. The affirmations on the cup lids adds a personal touch—girls can carry them around throughout the day, sparking conversations and sharing encouragement with others in class. It also makes our gatherings fun and social, creating a space to catch up with friends, engage in small talk, and build a stronger sense of community.

  • Our devotional time is a vital part of our prayer group, providing an opportunity to recenter and realign our week on Scripture. It helps us focus on relevant topics that girls may be struggling with in this season of life, offering biblical wisdom and encouragement. Devotionals also equip us with practical tools to walk out our faith daily and grow in our relationship with God. Beyond personal growth, they create an atmosphere of vulnerability within small groups, fostering deeper connections and genuine support as we navigate faith together.

  • Individual prayer time is an essential part of our gatherings, allowing each girl to focus on her personal walk with the Lord. It creates a space to step away from distractions and simply sit with Him—whether through reading Scripture, praying, or reflecting. This time is an opportunity to grow in intimacy with God, bringing our thoughts, worries, and gratitude directly to Him.

  • Small group prayer is the heart behind eighteen twenty. It helps girls become more comfortable praying out loud for one another, building confidence in lifting up their sisters in Christ. This time also provides a safe space to share struggles, confess, and seek encouragement without fear of judgment. Through prayer, we strengthen our bonds, support each other, and experience the beauty of walking in faith together.
